About BND
BND Events by the Sea has over 10 years of experience in interior design, florals, planning, décor, consulting and graphic work.
Originally from Raleigh, NC, growing up I was always drawn to creative activities... Whether it was expressing myself through dance, acting, drawing, or playing with my little brother's Legos.
My background is as diverse as my interests. I fell in love with the Cape Fear area as a child and decided to pursue my undergraduate here at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in teaching. Later, I followed my interests in design further at Cape Fear Community College and attained an additional Associates Degree in Architectural Technology.
I have lived now in this wonderful area since 2000. Along with BND by the Sea, I am also the Facilities Design Specialist for New Hanover Regional Medical, a mommy to an amazing little boy named James and wife to my husband Chris.
